Overview

The IT Support Service course is a competency-based training programme developed by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) for the ICT sector.
The course is designed to prepare learners with practical IT support, computer hardware, networking, operating system, troubleshooting, and customer support skills that meet industry standards. It follows the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) Level 3 competency model.
